A cocktail perfect for entertaining during the festive season.
5 limes
1 1/2 cups Campari
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
3 x 750ml bottles chilled rose
Juice 2 of the limes. Cut the remaining limes into thin wedges and set aside. Pour the lime juice into a jug and add the Campari and grenadine syrup. Leave for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve mix with the chilled wine. Serve in chilled glasses with a lime wedge. A spoonful of crushed ice is also a good idea.
