These are best eaten with your fingers and, once you start, it's hard not to have just one more.
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp chinese five spice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
2kg pork spare ribs, cut into individual ribs
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for one hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 160C. Place ribs in a baking tray and bake for one hour or until deep brown in colour and well cooked. Turn ribs over throughout cooking to evenly colour.
Serve with plum sauce, lemon and rice.
