The Bull & Bush Hotel

13.5/20

A favoured watering hole of locals for nearly 200 years, the Bull & Bush offers a spacious eating area with panoramic window, perfect for a family dinner or value-for-money weekend lunch. Service is friendly; BB's Bar & Grill $10 T-bone steak was cooked to order, and all mains come with chips and salad or vegies. Of course, the signature dish - BB's famous beer-battered dory fillets - had to be sampled, and while we couldn't say why it was famed (the beer batter was generic) it was crisp and the dory fresh. The 'ultimate ice-cream sundae' is a good way to end the meal.
