Named for the 138-year-old pharmacist cabinets that grace the front bar, this popular Adelaide watering hole channels the classic European wine bar. Tumbled marble floors, Thonet chairs, marble and brass cafe tables and wine racks holding a whopping 1200 bottles all add to the atmosphere. The European-focused menu, based on local produce, runs from seared scallops with smoked parsnip foam to char-grilled wild venison with roasted plum and horseradish custard.
