The former Uni Pub is re-opening under new management as Balthazaar

The giant space left empty after the closure of Uni Pub is being revamped, and will re-open under new management as Balthazaar.

​The new managers are taking over all four levels, and again creating four unique spaces, with renovations currently underway. They are calling it, "the ultimate destination to dine, drink and dance with four floors catering to an array of styles and entertainment", and "a Canberra first in so many ways".

The London Circuit property was advertised for lease online in March 2017 after the closure of Uni Pub. The longstanding watering hole spanned across four levels, combining dining, bars, a nightclub and a pool hall, with interconnecting stairs which could have been used for Everest training.

Balthazaar is expected to open around mid-April.
