The Night Noodle Markets are back. Kicking off this Thursday, Birrarung Marr will transform again into a giant hawker market for 18 days. And this time, there are Peking duck loaded fries, deep fried ice-cream bombs and more Pimm's than you can poke a skewer at. Nov 10-27, Birrarung Marr, Melbourne. Free.

You'll meet Kevin, an expert third-generation pitmaster and be part of the action as he reveals his secrets to smokin' good barbecue.
