The Night Noodle Markets are back. Kicking off this Thursday, Birrarung Marr will transform again into a giant hawker market for 18 days. Smokin' 101 Masterclasses at San Antone by Bludso's BBQ
The smokehouse king himself, Kevin Bludso, returns to San Antone by Bludso's BBQ for a masterclass in smoking Christmas turkey, beef brisket and pork ribs. You'll meet Kevin, an expert third-generation pitmaster and be part of the action as he reveals his secrets to smokin' good barbecue. Every attendee receives a San Antone apron and a jar of Kevin's secret barbecue pork rib rub.
