At Aubergine, chef and owner Ben Willis, pictured, is turning the tables on reviewer Bryan Martin and offering him the kitchen for the October 13 three-course lunch. It’s the ‘‘reviewer’s chance’’ Willis says, and is that a friendly smile or a steely glint in the eye? Actually, Willis has enough on his plate at the moment, with his first baby, Chloe, born on July 7 to wife Andy.
