At Aubergine, chef and owner Ben Willis, pictured, is turning the tables on reviewer Bryan Martin and offering him the kitchen for the October 13 three-course lunch. It’s the ‘‘reviewer’s chance’’ Willis says, and is that a friendly smile or a steely glint in the eye?
