Redfern's The Norfolk House and Hotel has a new wine bar from the team behind Love Tilly Devine, Ragazzi and Dear Sainte Eloise. The 40-seater is all about natural Spanish wines and small plates. The Norfolk's bottleshop also features a line-up curated by La Salut.
