A spin-off venture from the team behind Japanese-inspired salad pioneer Fishbowl, they chose the same beachside suburb where Fishbowl began its journey.

The brief was to create a "fine-casual" dining experience, with a "bliss point" between restaurant and bar, and a good old-fashioned fish shop.
