Emu and rabbit "bush tacos" are on the menu drawing board at Panama House, which reopens on Wednesday, December 20.

The popular Bondi Road venue has upgraded its place on the Sydney property ladder, sliding into The Pacific development on Campbell Parade, snaring water views in the process.

Owner Geraint Coles says the shared brunch will make its way down the hill, the all-day restaurant and bar rebirthing signatures such as its corned beef hash browns and chilli scrambled eggs.

There are also plans to expand Panama House to other locations. Coles says they are looking at a number of options, including a cafe-led Panama Coffee House, and a standalone Panama House restaurant and bar.
