Travellers going to and from Melbourne Airport this summer are spoilt for Victorian food and drink choice, with the pop-up 'Stomping Ground Terminal 3½ (or T3½) making flight delays a little easier to swallow.

As well as beers from Collingwood craft brewery Stomping Ground, there's local wines, ciders and soft drink, Proud Mary coffee and rotating food trucks to give you 'peak Melbourne' style refreshment.

Lay back on deckchairs, let the kids expend excess energy in the cubby area and watch the revolving roster of sport - Australian Open tennis, the Ashes, Big Bash and Formula 1 - on the big screen. Located outdoors between Terminal 3 and 4, it's a slice of summery pop-up paradise in downtown Tullamarine.

Occasional appearances and activations from Victorian entertainers, sporting events and cultural groups are also planned. Suddenly picking up uncle Bob from holiday isn't such a drag.

Open 6am-9pm (licensed 10am-9pm) seven days a week until April 2018.
