Even with the plethora of banked-up Sydney restaurants finally rolling out of the showroom in the coming months, Shell House stands out. Rooftop dining? Check. Cocktail bar? Check. Separate ground-floor bistro? Check.

The three-level, four-in-one mega-venue from The Point Group has already nabbed Aria's Joel Bickford as its executive chef. Now it has snared one of Sydney's most highly rated emerging talents.

First cab off the rank at the mega venue will be the Menzies Bar (in mid-October), with The Dining Room following next month.
