Touring musicians are supposed to go out on all-night benders, not attend chocolate classes. Adele booked into The Sydney Chocolate School in Mosman with her son during her recent tour, evidently schooling herself in the local art of making chocolate freckles.

Owner Rebecca Kerswell said there were clues a high-profile client was attending, including being told payment wasn't a problem when she informed them the usual minimum for a class was six people. "I certainly knew when security came through the day before to check it out," Kerswell tells Good Food.

Adele's manager had forwarded the singer a TV segment on Kerswell. Next thing the musician was hard at work with her son at a marble surface knocking out freckles and tucking into self-made chocolate creations with lollies on top. "She even got an organic chocolate Easter bunny on the way out," Kerswell adds.
