While stepping on Lego isn't fun for anyone, there's no denying that the bright little bricks brought hours of fun (and occasional frustration) into the childhoods of many. But now, Lego has found a way to brighten up our adult lives just as much: a Legobar. Yes, you read that right, LegoBAR. As in a bar made entirely of Lego bricks.

The first-of-its-kind Legobar will be built from more than one million blocks, transported especially for the event. The bar will feature variety of Lego sculptures and features. For those looking to relive the good-old days, there will be an abundance of blocks ready to be collected and shaped into all sorts of creations.

For those seeking divine Lego-spiration there'll be plenty of drinks and tunes to get the creativity flowing. Local DJs will cover the event, and beer, wine and cocktails will all be provided. As Legobar will set up shop in existing CBD bars, the drinks selection will remain relatively the same (with the exciting addition of Lego cups for you to drink out of).

The bad news: it's only a pop-up. So don't forget to sign up for pre-release tickets.

And, whatever you do, don't turn up barefoot.

Legobar will be coming to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.
