Neutral Bay's home of the pig's head sausage, Cantabrian anchovies and Pamplona salami is finally opening its doors for dinner.

Young Street's Against the Grind cafe was in the midst of expansion to become a one-stop shop deli, panini bar and restaurant when the lockdowns hit earlier this year.

The new evening offering is centred on share plates, the dish line-up taking in grilled scampi with chorizo sauce and a kingfish crudo with soy dressing.

The edible accoutrements sound promising, with bone marrow garlic bread on the new menu.
