Fasten your seatbelts, the Banh Mi Boys are hitting the road with their new food truck, dishing up traditional Vietnamese street food, including banh mi rolls.
It's the brainchild of Keen Poon, management consultant and former MasterChefcontestant; Francis Fung, a corporate lawyer; and Darren Kwok, a doctor of Chinese medicine who identified a gap in the food truck market.
They spent time in Vietnam and were inspired to ''choose Vietnamese street food for this project, in particular using our chargrill as the main conduit to deliver our food to our customers'', Poon says.
