It's World Chocolate Day on Thursday 7th July and boy, have we found a delicious way to celebrate it.

Creators of cult cakes Black Star Pastry have teamed up with premium chocolatiers Koko Black to create the spectacular Theobrama: Food of the Gods seven-layered cake. But like so many of life's pleasures, it's here for a good time, not a long time, and will be available for one day only, on July 7th.

The dreamy creation is an intense rich and fruity mix of flavours and textures made of up a cacao shortbread base, caramelised puffed buckwheat and quinoa crunch, chocolate mousse, light cacao sponge and caceo fruit juice cremeux, topped with nature-inspired chocolate leaves and twigs.
