What's green but massively developed? Green Square, a precinct between the Sydney CBD and airport undergoing massive development.

But for all the talk of apartment complexes reaching into the sky, there has been surprisingly little chatter about new food venues in the precinct.

Infinity by Crown, a commercial and residential development designed by architect Koichi Takada, is nearing completion and will up the food action in the area.

When it's finished the Infinity precinct will even have a convention centre and a 90-room boutique hotel.

Word is starting to leak out about the development, which will have its own Asian eat street along with non-Asian restaurants.

A spokeswoman for Butcher and the Farmer – which opened in 2016 at Tramsheds in the inner-west – confirmed a branch of the restaurant will open at Infinity in June.
