Lucky old Lindfield – lobster benedict is headed your way.

George and Anthony Karnasiotis, the canny operators behind The Butcher's Block in Wahroonga and Mosman's Mr Spofforth (both of which they've sold), have focused in on Lindfield for their next venture and will open the doors at Goodfields later this month.

"It's on the eastern side of the train station. We think it's a great area," Anthony says.

The cocktail of cool Giant Design interior, coffee from Five Senses and an elevated cafe menu Karnasiotis says will include a signature dish of lobster benedict sounds promising.

And the Goodfields name? "We wanted something light-hearted that rhymed with Lindfield," he explains.
