Join us for a delicious journey around Asia, hosted by food writer and Good Food columnist Adam Liaw.
Good Food has partnered with Silvester's restaurant at the Sydney Harbour Marriott, where you will be served a five-course menu designed by head chef Raphael Szurek.
Szurek has worked in Japan, China, Vietnam and Thailand and his modern-Australian dishes will reflect those influences.
Liaw and Szurek will take us through the food and culture of Asia, and talk about their travels, recipe writing and Australia's multicultural food identity.
