Menus have been released for this year's Perth Night Noodle Markets, returning to Elizabeth Quay from April 5 to 14.
More than 20 hawker-style stalls from Perth and around Australia will appear at in the bustling Asian street food festival.
The Night Noodle Markets will feature a blend of multicultural flavours, fusing cuisines from across Asia in the open-air affair.
Menus include a range of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
Crowd favourites Hoy Pinoy, Puffle, POKLOL and Waffleland will be joined by newcomers Bao Brothers Lil Diner and @Roll Up.
Gelato Messina will be making the trip across the country with their range of flavour-punching Filipino-inspired desserts. New gelato dish the Filopieno will be revealed to Perth visitors for the first time.
Here's what's on the menu:
Bangkok Street Food – Thai fish cakes and tom yum flavoured noodles.
Bao Wow – Fried chicken, sticky pork, beef brisket and curried pumpkin baos.
Bao Brothers Lil Diner – BB Baoger (truffle mushroom cheese baoger); Peking chicken baoger; Barbecue pork spring rolls; Okonomiyaki tater tots and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower).
Bunga Raya Satay – Chicken, beef, lamb satay skewers; curry laksa.
Flying Noodles – Flying noodles served with grilled chicken, pork or prawns and vegetables.
Fu Manchu – Serve of nine mixed winglets in various flavours.
Hoy Pinoy – Lechon (pork), chopped and served on rice with atchara and spiced vinegar; Mais' grilled corn with cheese sauce.
Hoy Pinoy Cart – Inihaw Na Manok (barbecue chicken skewers with traditional glaze) and Inihaw Na Baboy (barbecue pork belly skewers with banana ketchup glaze).
Little Kyoto – Yakisoba pork (Japanese fried noodles with pork); Yakisoba vegetarian (Japanese fried noodles with tomato); Takoyaki towers (Japanese octopus-filled dumplings); and Phoritto (pho in a burrito).
Miss Chow's – Chicken and vegetable san choy bao; pan-fried assorted dumplings; trio of buns, BBQ pork, vegetarian, chicken curry; and duck spring rolls.
Okonomiyaki – Okonomiyaki (Japanese-style savoury pancake); Teriyaki cheese steak fries (chips with beef or chicken, cheese and Teriyaki sauce).
POKLOL x Puffle – Korean BBQ tacos: two tacos of your choice of bulgogi beef, chilli chicken or Korean fried chicken with pickled carrots, kimchi slaw, cucumbers, shallots and secret sauce.
Raijin – Karaage noodle: no-soup ramen noodle with original tahini-soy ramen sauce with fried chicken topping; Tofu noodle:, no-soup ramen noodle with original tahini-soy ramen sauce with fried tofu topping; Karaage chicken: tapas-size fried chicken on salad served with soy mayo.
@Roll up – Roti dippers: plain roti with homemade peanut sauce; Peking duck, soft-shell crab or satay chicken roti roll.
Shallot Thai – Crackling pork noodle: caramelised roasted pork belly with egg noodles.
Small Talk – Grilled lamb rack with saltbush-furikake crunch; Miso eggplant salad with grilled corn, cabbage, fennel, shichimi and seaweed; Salmon poke bowl.
Teppanyaki Noodles – Authentic Yakisoba with sizzling chicken, beef or vegetables.
Twistto – Original Korean Twist Potato (tornado shaped deep-fried potato-on-a-stick with various seasonings).
What The Pho – Beef noodle soup with rare beef, beansprouts, onion, coriander and chilli.
As well as the host of savoury flavours the Night Noodle Markets will be offering several sweet dishes to finish the evening:
Gelato Messina – Brazo De Messina – pandan gelato, baked meringue and condensed milk custard sandwiched between a graham cracker crust; Thrilla From Manila – brown sugar banana gelato and banana bread wrapped in filo pastry, deep-fried then topped with custard and chocolate peanut butter crumb; Allo' Allo! – caramel leche flan, caramel syrup, caramel sauce, toasted milk crumb, caramel shaved ice, evaporated milk and dulce de leche gelato; and Filopieno – condensed milk gelato, fried pie crust, peach jellies, mango salsa, mango chantilly and graham cracker crumb.
Waffleland – Cheeky Monkey: freshly baked waffle stick served with peanut butter, ice-cream, fresh banana, pretzels, caramel syrup and wafers.
Fry'd – Salted caramel, cream and Easter special fried ice-cream, raw balls and slices.
The markets are card-only and cash-free. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
