The annual Night Noodle Markets have cracked record numbers since opening 12 days ago in Hyde Park. Figures from the first weekend topped almost 100,000 – the most in the pop-up Asian-flavoured market's history.

The dumpling, bao, fried chicken and noodles feeding frenzy continues through to Sunday evening.

On Wednesday night the cutely-named Vietnamese stall Eat Fuh is offering $2 serves of its famous noodle soup. (And yes, that's how you pronounce pho: fuh.)
