Peppy young duo Mo Wyse (left) and chef Shannon Martinez are set to breathe life into the Brunswick Street bluestone building that once housed De Los Santos. Former pub chef Martinez has had stints at South Yarra's Sweetwater Inn and ran South, an all-vegan ''American soul food'' pop-up at the Collingwood People's Market. Wyse, a US native, will run the floor. Due for a March 21 opening, Smith & Daughters will deliver ''plant-based, woman-powered cuisine''.
