Here are nine dishes to get you drooling that will satisfy both your tastebuds and your Instagram feed:

1. Kamikaze Katsu Sandwich

There are ice cream sandwiches, and then there are ice cream sandwiches. Gelato aficionados Gelato Messina bring an exciting lineup of custom creations every year and this year's theme is Japanese gameshow. The Kamikaze Katsu is a deep-fried gelato katsu sandwich - sudachi lime gelato is coated in red velvet cake and panko crumbs, then sandwiched in fluffy white bread with yuzu sauce. While you're there, you can spin the Useless Spinning Wheel of Happiness and win prizes, from Hello Kitty tattoos to chair socks.
