There's more food love on the way for the Central Coast, with chef Scott Price swapping the kitchen of Brisbane's prized e'cco to open his own restaurant at Terrigal. It's Queensland's loss and NSW's gain, with Yellowtail opening next month.

The tiny 35-seater is Price's first solo venture. Raised in the Darling Downs, he sharpened his knives and cooking skills in London before returning to Australia as head chef at Harvest, in Coolum.

The draft menu looks the business, with Yellowtail set to serve spatchcock with 10 cloves of garlic and fermented bread sauce.
