Frank's Restaurant

Lebanese$$

Frank's isn't about fine dining, but it's a step up from some Lebanese fast food joints: it's spacious, has mood lighting and is fully licensed. The first thing you see when you arrive is stacks of glistening butterflied chicken - the house speciality - rotating enticingly over hot coals. The chook is super tender, almost falling off the bone, and comes with a generous serve of tabbouleh, super smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and toum that packs a garlicky punch. Frank's falafel are some of the best around, crunchy outside and moist inside. To balance out the meal, order a fresh and zippy fattoush salad with crisp radish, capsicum and cucumber.
