Japanese$$

Those with a hot, inflamed love of Japanese food will find a lot to get frisky about here. There is a long-ish menu of sushi and sashimi, with melt-in-the-mouth wagyu steaks cooked on the grill. The spicy tofu kimchi and miso duck breast elevate the otherwise unassuming menu, and the sashimi is achingly fresh, albeit not as deftly sliced as one might like. The decor and service is comfortable but the calling card is the nimble combination of subtle, clean and sharp flavours - the very taste sensations that lovers of Japanese food get excited about.
