So we already know that the chefs on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list know their way around a kitchen, but what about the hard hitting stuff? Which chef prefers the Rolling Stones to the Beatles? And a dirty martini is the go-to cocktail for who now? We asked Massimo Bottura, from the world number one restaurant Osteria Francescana, Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn and the best female chef of 2016, and our homegrown heros, Peter Gilmore of Quay Restaurant, and Newcastle-born Brett Graham, of London's The Ledbury, a couple of tongue-curling queries.
