The Westin Melbourne have jazzed up their festive high tea experience at home for the adults, and you don't hear us complaining. The ubiquitous scone here comes laced with spiced caramelised white chocolate and pear and is served with fresh cream and berry conserve. For a savoury fix, think pork pie with apricot and sage and, a season inspired poached turkey breast and cranberry chutney roll.

'Tis the season to indulge in a fancy drink or two with a bottle of rose (includes two glasses and serving board) or, a North and South Pole inspired cocktail. What's more appropriate for Christmastime and all its merriment.

Start off with antipasti: prosciutto, fennel salami and wagyu bresaola alongside triple cream brie, muscatels and grissini; before moving onto dukkha-rubbed, roasted cauliflower steak with pimento hummus, crispy kale, bread and the king of butters (Pepe Saya, obviously).
