A burger a day keeps ... we're not sure. But if you can't go to enough patty parties, here's a seven-day schedule that should leave you satiated.

MONDAY: Crispy Bacon & Cheese @ at a Grill'd$11.50; a simple but strong combination where the bacon stars.

TUESDAY: After Burner @ 8bit$10.50; chilli sauce and jalapenos provide the kick, and get some potato gems on the side.

Friday: The original Collingwood Huxtaburger.

WEDNESDAY: The Rocky @ 1090 Burger$17.50; a heavyweight just introduced in Richmond with a 330 gram Angus beef patty, triple cheese and more.

THURSDAY: Wagyu Hamburger @ Rockpool Bar & Grill$24; a Crown fine-dining burger that sits up high and mighty.

FRIDAY: The Huxtaburger @ Huxtaburger$9.50; the true test of a burger joint is not its fanciest creation, it's the simplest: the humble cheeseburger.

SATURDAY: EH Smashed Burger @ Kustom Burgers$14; double everything, including a smashed flat patty, bacon, and American cheese.

SUNDAY: Rowdy Double Cheeseburger @ Easey's Burgers$17; a wonderfully overloaded way to finish seven days of indulgence.
