Former Marque head chef Pasi Petanen has been in restaurant limbo since closing Cafe Paci in East Sydney.

He's still on the hunt for a new permanent location, but will bring the Café Paci team out of hibernation for spring with a four week pop-up starting mid-October at Mecca, in Alexandria.
