Watson's to take over P.J. Gallagher's site at The Entertainment Quarter

Watson's will slide into the space where P.J. Gallagher's EQ operated at The Entertainment Quarter until its closure last year.

Construction work is under way at the site. Good Food is able to reveal Michael Watson (Wats On Events) and his new business partner, West Tigers director, Danny Stapleton, will open Watson's there in August.

Expect pub food with a twist when it swings open its doors.
