Kew is now firmly on the coffee map thanks to this cosy little gem. Filter, siphon, pourover, French press, Aeropress and cold drip all feature, as does an impressive array of beans from around the world. A superb El Salvador Finca la Fany espresso has dark chocolate notes, sweet acidity and a lingering aftertaste, while caramel notes shine through well-textured milk in an excellent cafe latte of the Ronin house blend. Beautifully plated food is equally impressive, such as a a light-as-air goat's cheese souffle balanced by Waldorf salad, or a hearty sticky beef rib roll.
