Cruisy seaside chic meets hippy vibes at St Kilda institution the Galleon. From the peace sign in the window, the laid-back vibe continues with colourful, eclectic decor and a community noticeboard fluttering with ads for life drawing and yogalates. The menu ranges from dependable stalwarts such as an epic vegie burger with a tasty, crisp chickpea patty to pancakes with pistachio praline and vanilla-bean ricotta. Throbbing heads can find hangover salve in a fully loaded menu of bloody marys - try the 'Smokin' with smoky bacon salt, or the 'Spanish Galleon' with green olive and clamato (tomato and clam broth).
