Ingredients

  • 100g desiccated coconut

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 350g cherries, stem attached

Method

    1. Sprinkle the coconut on a tray and place in a 180C oven for about 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
    2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water. Dip the cherries into the chocolate then roll in coconut. Place on greaseproof paper and refrigerate.
