Five picnic-friendly traybakes to cook (and transport) this weekend

Keep the cake in the baking tray for easy portability, pile with the cream or cream cheese icing and berries upon arrival, and serve directly from the tin. (Or in the case of the passionfruit and chocolate numbers, simply ice them at home and cover with a tea towel.)
