The Back Bar Bistro is the exuberant little stepchild of the 3 Weeds' fancy-pants offering, The Restaurant. The gastropub is all soaring ceilings, recycled furniture and deep-cushioned couches. A cheeseburger with gherkins and tomato sauce is a must-try, with the wagyu the star of a deliciously squishy interior. A steak sandwich is also a revelation, entwined with caramelised onion relish and Swiss cheese, and the lamb roast is a wonderful collision of salt and sweet when served with roasted root vegetables. Ramp up the sweetness with a gloopy banana split with caramel fudge sauce, almonds, marshmallows and ice-cream.
