One pad Thai, one lamb burger, a piccolo latte and a Singha, thanks. We'd be in Australia, then. More specifically, we're on a little corner of Chinatown in Sydney that's coffee roaster and cafe by day, and wine bar and Thai diner by night. There's a brew bar for AeroPress and pour-over, and a 5 kilogram Diedrich roaster to make sure your nutty, fruity piccolo latte ($3.50) is nice and fresh. All-day breakfasts of muesli and berry muffins are Facebook-listed for weekends only, and lunch could be a flight of sliders or a cheerful plate of Thai noodles.
