Leave behind brownies and beef pies in favour of vibrant coconut-rich curries: perhaps tender cuttlefish spiced with ginger, or a delicious cashew nut and veg curry. Coconut-stuffed rotis are tempting, but the slightly sour tangle of string hoppers (like a rice-noodle 'scoop') are the best accompaniments.
