There's coffee in the cup and coffee on the plate at this new warehouse roastery by the brothers from Northcote's Penny Farthing Espresso. Cup-wise, the choice is wide - the coffee menu is like a wine list, offering blends and single origins via any extraction method you care to name. A short black of a Brazil Sitio Canaa is viscous, toasty and raisin-chocolatey, and an El Salvador cold drip has lovely bourbon and whisky notes. There's cold-drip-cured salmon on chargrilled corn bread and an espresso-marinated kangaroo burger, while a brunchy dish of French toast might be lifted by el Bulli-style Ethiopian Yirgacheffe maple coffee spheres.
