Indonesian$$

This stalwart has been serving up Indonesian classics for close to 30 years and is still going strong, despite plenty of competition in the area. Suited to Indonesian dining first-timers as well as aficionados, the vast menu takes in basics like satay and ayam goreng (spiced fried chicken), but truly shines in the seafood department: ikan pepes (spiced fish cutlets in banana leaves) and ikan bakar (barbecued whole snapper), when on, are unmissable. Service is fast and friendly and, at these prices, you can afford to load up. If spice isn't your thing, though, be sure to ask they keep it mild.
