Old Town Hong Kong Cuisine

Chinese$$

The designer loft-style decor is as trendy as they come, but the hanging ducks and seafood tanks are reminiscent of more traditional Chinese charm. Near the entrance is a dedicated barbecued meats chef, and this is a great place to start, with Peking duck enclosed in pillowy steamed buns a particular highlight. Accept the epic picture menu combined with a 2am closing time as a challenge – there’s everything from king prawns with peach sauce and baked bran with dry mushrooms to xiao long bao and pan-fried ‘birds’ nest’ dumplings – and plenty of time to try it all.
