Fresh, high-quality ingredients such as house-made labna, Black Rock smoked salmon and locally cured bacon find their way into simple but delicious flatbread wraps, rolls, salads and breakfasts. With newspapers, biodynamic milk, Noisette bread and coffee to take home, Omar is indeed a marvellous bird.
