300 g (10½ oz) mixed berries

2 tablespoons lemon juice

icing (confectioners') sugar, to taste


1. Blend the berries in a blender until smooth. Push the mixture through a sieve and add the lemon juice. Sweeten to taste with icing sugar.

2. Pour the mixture into four or six plastic iceblock (popsicle) moulds, dropping any extra berries into the mixture. Freeze for 30 minutes.

3. Add iceblock sticks and refreeze for 2½-3 hours, or until the mixture is frozen solid.
