4 kiwi fruit
160 g (5½ oz/1½ cups) low–fat natural muesli
400 g (14 oz/1⅔ cups) low–fat plain yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1. Thinly slice the strawberries. Peel and thinly slice the kiwi fruit.
2. Place a few slices of strawberry in the bottom of each of four glasses. Top with a few slices of kiwi fruit, then top with some muesli and yoghurt. Repeat these layers again, reserving some of the fruit, and finishing with the yoghurt. Garnish with the reserved fruit and drizzle with the honey.
