1 carton low-fat, good-quality fruit yoghurt
1 pavlova shell
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1-2 kiwifruit (optional)
1 banana (optional)
Spread yoghurt thickly over the top and sides of the pavlova shell. Wash and dry berries. Peel and slice kiwi fruit. Place fruit around the top surface. Add banana just before serving to avoid discolouration.
