A quick and easy snack idea.
1/2 tbsp butter
1 thick slice crusty bread (e.g. sourdough)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp harissa
50g grated cheddar cheese
Drizzle of worcestershire sauce
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the bread and brown lightly on both sides. Remove.
Mix together the mustard and harissa and spread over one side of the bread. Top with cheese and place under a hot griller until the cheese bubbles and lightly browns. Drizzle with worcestershire and serve immediately.
