1 bacon rasher
1 cup (250g) sour cream
30 g packet French onion soup mix
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1. Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper towels and chop finely.
2. Combine the sour cream, soup mix and parsley in a bowl. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the crispy bacon.
