Ingredients

  • 40 small pitted green olives

  • 20 best-quality canned anchovy fillets in olive oil

  • 20 small pickled green chillies

Method

  1. On a cocktail skewer place an olive, then a folded anchovy fillet, a chilli and another olive.

    Makes 20.
