Smoothie choices are endless. Use any soft fruit that's around. Frozen berries are also good when added straight from the freezer. There are many good-quality flavoured yoghurts and juices in supermarkets. Have some fun and make up your own flavour combinations but this is a summer favourite in my household.
1 large ripe mango, peeled
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup mango juice (or substitute other fruit juice)
1 cup honey yoghurt
1 cup crushed ice (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a large blender and mix until smooth and combined.
Serve immediately.
